The solution

The problem

A B2B medical devices company had a multi-tier field sales hierarchy — CEO, Sales Head, RSMs, ASMs, and Sales Officers spread across regions. Managers had no way to verify whether reps actually visited clients, expense claims were unverifiable, and tour plans existed only on paper. No one could see the team's actual activity without making calls. The data isolation requirement — each level should see only their region's data, not others' — couldn't be configured in any existing tool.

The solution

Brix ERP's field staff module was deployed. Staff punch attendance and record every client visit with check-in/check-out times from the mobile app. Sale orders are raised on-site from mobile. Monthly tour plans are submitted digitally and approved by managers before travel. Daily expenses are submitted through the app and approved by HR. The hierarchy (CEO → Sales Head → RSM → ASM → SO) is configured with region-based data isolation: each level sees exactly their team's data, nothing more.

The problem

A retail and wholesale distributor with a large catalogue was doing billing manually. Staff had to search items by hand, GST rates were applied inconsistently, and invoicing at the counter was slow. There was no barcode system, which meant every item had to be identified by eye. Inventory wasn't updated in real time.

The solution

Brix Billing was deployed. The entire item catalogue was loaded once. Barcodes are now generated at the time of purchase and printed for every item. At the billing counter, staff scan the barcode and the item — with the correct GST rate, HSN code, and price — is added to the invoice instantly. GST (CGST/SGST/IGST) is calculated automatically based on the transaction type. Inventory is updated with every sale.

The problem

A large trade association managing annual exhibitions was handling visitor registration through Google Forms. Passes were printed manually and distributed at the gate — creating queues and confusion. There was no way to verify who had actually registered versus who just showed up. Post-event data was scattered across spreadsheets on multiple organisers' laptops, making reports nearly impossible to compile.

The solution

ExpoConnect was deployed. A custom branded registration form was set up online. Every registration was verified via WhatsApp OTP. Visitor passes were delivered automatically to WhatsApp — no printing, no distribution, no queue. At the gate, QR codes were scanned in under 2 seconds per visitor.
